wark wark wark
I taught a 6 year old girl the other day who insisted on taking notes in class.
I played chords and asked her if they sounded happy or sad.
me: See, this one sounds happy. It sounds like Mary had a little lamb. And this one sounds sad. It sounds like Mary lost her little lamb. What about this one?
small serious child: Oh, that one sounds really sad. It sounds like Mary's lamb died.
me: uh... yeah, I guess... that would be sad.
